This post also includes an Essential Car User Allowance of £963.00 per annum and is pending a Pay Award which will be backdated when agreed.&nbsp;&nbsp;Head of Property ComplianceKey Accountabilities<ul><li>This is an essential role within the Property Services Directorate of RHL where you will work closely with the Senior Management Team to lead your specialist teams to manage all aspects of Property Compliance services for our customers throughout North East Derbyshire to keep them safe in their homes and communities. This will include the historical key 6 regulatory areas within the sector, alongside damp, mould &amp; disrepair and Building Safety (No High-Rise Buildings).</li><li>Being the compliance expert, working in collaboration with all areas of the business, you will ensure there is a robust strategy, effective policies, procedures &amp; process maps alongside a robust competency framework ensuring RHL meets all its obligations under the Regulator of Social Housings Consumer Standards [Safety &amp; Quality], that we have an evidence based Golden Thread of Information through strong data, and that the properties we manage are safe and decent as a result. Heads of Service

We are looking to recruit experienced Housing Support Workers to join our bank pool working across our Rotherham services. You will have experience of working with individuals with a complexity of needs, supporting individuals to live more independently and increasing their opportunities of move on to more appropriate, longer-term accommodation. Our hours of work range from Mon - Fri 9-5 to Mon - Sat 9-9pm. Duties and responsibilities Support <ul><li>Identify and deliver person centered support, identifying aspirations and need </li></ul><ul><li>Case work a small caseload of individuals focusing on successful, independent move on. </li></ul><ul><li>Develop professional relationships with a range of external agencies to collaboratively deliver support. </li></ul><ul><li>Actively engage with clients on a 1:1 basis, promote activities and meaningful use of time. </li></ul><ul><li>Support and motivate clients, encouraging them to achieve personal goals. </li></ul>Housing Management <ul><li>Work collaboratively with RMBC housing teams to aid positive move on </li></ul><ul><li>Support clients to maintain and sustain their accommodation whilst working towards more independent accommodation. </li></ul><ul><li>Support clients to complete and understand their occupancy and related documentation including move on applications, tenancy agreements, property inventory, applications for housing benefit. </li></ul><ul><li>Support clients to maximise their income, ensuring that housing and other welfare benefit claims are submitted and maintain </li></ul><ul><li>Clean and prepare rooms ready for relet </li></ul><ul><li>Manage accommodation adhering to Health and Safety regulations </li></ul>Qualifications and Experience <ul><li>Experience of providing support to vulnerable people in a housing environment. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience of working with individuals who have multiple and complex needs. </li></ul><ul><li>The ability to develop positive and proactive working relationships with hard to engage clients. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience of delivering Trauma Informed support. </li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of the Housing benefits and welfare benefit system. </li></ul><ul><li>Experience of Safety Planning / Risk Assessment and Support Planning. </li></ul><ul><li>Basic IT skills and effective case work. </li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. </li></ul>Essential Requirements <ul><li>Enhanced DBS </li></ul><ul><li>The right to work in the UK </li></ul>Don't meet every single requirement? Housing Support Worker

Housing Support Worker We are recruiting for a Full time, permanent position. Salary Starts at £25,115, rises to £26,425 after 12 months and to £27,355 after 24 months (pro rata) Job Purpose To provide intensive housing management support to vulnerable individuals with the intention of delivering a high-quality support programme that promotes client independence; providing a successful and sustainable move on and other measurable outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established and expanding supported accommodation project in Sheffield that provide support to offenders or individuals at risk of offending.
