Location: Shrewsbury Office Grade: Grade 7 (SCP12-17) Hours: 37 per week (Monday-Friday) 3-days office working, and 2-days home-working. Position: Permanent We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Lettings Officer to join our team. We manage over 4,100 homes across Shrewsbury, Oswestry, and Bridgnorth, delivering high-quality housing services and supporting vibrant communities. Lettings Officer

The vacancy An opportunity has arisen within the Independent Living Team for the right individual to manage a sheltered scheme in Ludlow. We are seeking someone who is experienced, highly motivated, who has excellent communication skills and is a real people person. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering intensive housing management for an Independent Living scheme in Ludlow over two, three or four days.
