Our broader service includes: 21 units for clients with medium support needs, 16 units designed for medium and high-risk prison leaves, and 8 units dedicated to young people under 24 years old with medium to low support needs. In this role, you will help manage 11 units, providing essential support to clients. Your responsibilities will include handling referrals, conducting assessments, and supporting clients to maintain their accommodation while empowering them to make meaningful, positive changes in their lives. You will also play a key role in building and maintaining effective, collaborative working relationships with partner agencies involved in supporting each client's journey. Housing Support Officer - Younger People's Service

The Vacancy An exciting opportunity has become available within the Home Assistance Team in the recently formed Independent Living Service at North Lincolnshire Council. The role has been created to support the existing admin team deal with the ever-increasing demands on our services.
