Homeless Recovery Worker

Overview Change, Grow, Live services and staff provide wraparound support to rough sleepers and will work directly with emergency accommodation to support the staff with this group of people. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals and friendly faces to help support people in leading healthier lives. A fantastic, new opportunity has arisen to become a Homeless Recovery Worker, supporting rough sleeping individuals throughout their treatment journey and successfully supporting their move on into suitable housing arrangements. The role We are looking for a Supported Housing Team Manager to join our Supporting Independence and Care team. Reporting into the Quality Assurance and Housing Manager you'll lead a team of Housing Assistants and Support Workers. Please note, this is a full time 35 hour permanent role.
