Description Temporary until end of March 2026 G08 £33,366 - £36,124 37 hours per week working Sunday to Thursday inclusive The post holder would deliver intensive housing-related support in line with the Welsh Government's Housing Support Grant Programme in order to help vulnerable tenants to develop or maintain the skills and confidence needed to sustain independent living and prevent homelessness. The post holder's role will be to work with individuals to enable them to sustain their tenancies by agreeing a tailor made plan identifying support needs and working with them to address these issues. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential, empathy and understanding the tenant's needs.
