The successful applicant will work to build the skills and confidence of their service users. You will be providing individualised support to each service users based on their needs. The Housing Support Worker supports individuals to sustain their tenancies and prevent homelessness while helping them to live independently within the community. They will assess the needs and risks of their service users and act accordingly and will assist their service users in setting and attaining realistic and achievable targets.
