Job Introduction The Care and Response Community Alarm Service helps people to feel safe and secure at home so they can live full and independent lives with the use of technology. We handle around 10,000 emergency calls per month and offer a mobile responder service to make visits to residents who need in-person support. We are recruiting an Operational Manager to oversee all functions of the service and ensure the continuous improvement, development and promotion of the support that we provide. This is a site based full-time role, working Monday to Friday office hours, but with the need to support outside of these times on occasions. Interviews for this role will take place W/C 13 January.
