Competitive Salary&nbsp;London, &nbsp;N1 9QZYou’re an experienced leader in property and repairs services who will be the face of the repairs team in your region.&nbsp;We’re looking for customer focused individual who understands the importance of resident engagement and communication and drives this message throughout their team.&nbsp;You will be a key contributor to the development and implementation of our new Repair Strategy and lead the integration and transformation of your services.As our Regional Head of Property Services, you’ll be the lead voice and face of our repairs and maintenance operations in the Northeast London region.&nbsp;You’ll bring stability and strategic direction to a large and complex portfolio including responsive repairs, disrepair, voids, aids and adaptations, damp and mould, and planned property services.&nbsp;You’ll also help shape the future of our Repairs Strategy, embedding a culture of accountability, integration and resident-focused delivery.You’ll work closely with senior leaders, contractors, frontline teams and, most importantly, our residents, creating a service that’s consistent, high-quality and built on trust.&nbsp;A key part of our 3-year strategy is to improve resident engagement and communication – this will be through resident surgeries during the day and after working hours. Acting as the main point of contact for residents, contractors, and internal teams, you’ll ensure that all damp and mould issues are investigated and resolved quickly, compliantly, and with empathy.With a strong understanding of current housing legislation, including&nbsp;Awaab’s Law, you’ll take ownership of medium- to high-risk cases—safeguarding residents’ health, ensuring regulatory compliance, and helping drive service improvements across the board. Your ability to manage cases from first report through to resolution will be crucial, and your proactive, collaborative approach will help streamline processes and reduce complaints.You’ll work closely with our Repairs Team, regional offices, contractors, and the wider Property Services function to deliver a joined-up, resident-centred service. You’ll attend visits, review repair histories, escalate risks, and identify lessons learned to help strengthen our long-term approach to damp and mould prevention.To succeed in this role, you’ll need to work from the Pitsea office one day per week and spend at least one day in your nominated region (Northeast London, Northwest London, South London, or North Counties).
