About the role We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate Housing Officer to join our team supporting the management of temporary accommodation, including units provided under the Rough Sleeper Initiative (RSI) and specialist pathways. This role also involves working with individuals with complex needs, referred by Children's and Adults Services, helping them to sustain safe, secure housing. In this rewarding position, you'll take responsibility for tenancy and propertymanagement across a range of accommodation types, including RSI units, TemporaryAccommodation, and Specialist Units. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues across Housing Options, Housing Register and Lettings, Housing Strategy, Adult andChildren's Social Care, and a variety of support providers to help vulnerable clients rebuild their lives and move towards long-term housing solutions. Homelessness Prevention Officer

We are now recruiting for an experienced, positive and enthusiastic Team Leader/House Manager that will under the guidance of a Deputy Head of Care and Head of Care (Registered Manager) be able to support their allocated staff team to care and support the students throughout their placement at Cambian Lufton College. Ensuring a person-centred approach and high levels of engagement are delivered within the homes through staff passion and commitment to provide outstanding quality of care. What do we need from you? <ul> <li>Line management experience within a care setting is essential as well as a positive and pro-active approach.</li> <li>Have the experience and ability to motivate and manage a small team of support workers, to ensure the homes are compliant with CQC regulations and have an active and current home improvement plan.</li> <li>Experience of rota management, supervising, supporting and leading a small staff team is desirable.</li> </ul>Although it would be advantageous, you do not need to have experience of working at a Team Leader to be successful with your application, as Cambian Lufton College provides a full initial induction, on-going training program and the expectation that you will be enrolled on the QCF 3 in adult care following 6 months employment.
