Accommodation Assistant Sanctuary Students, Dundee £21,543 - £22,677 per annum 35 hours per week We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused Accommodation Assistant to join our team at Sanctuary Students in Dundee. Working in partnership with the University of Dundee, we provide self-catered accommodation to 1587 students, across four accommodation sites. With previous administration experience, preferably in the accommodation or facilities management sector, this challenging yet rewarding role offers the opportunity for training and further career development. You will be responsible for maintaining a high quality administration and reception service ensuring customer requirements and expectations are met to ensure that our customer experience is 'More than just a Room'. The role of Accommodation Assistant will include: <ul> <li>Providing a first class customer service, providing advice and guidance to customers and staff on accommodation services, local services and promoting resident participation and involvement</li> <li>Ensuring that records are accurately maintained and kept up to date and liaising with our compliance team with regards to servicing and service records</li> <li>Responding to emails, phone calls and face to face enquiries, including repair requests in a timely and professional manner</li> <li>Providing a first point of contact ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered to all customers and clients</li> <li>Assisting with the administration and supporting the Management team with logging and reporting of repairs</li></ul>Skills and experiences: <ul> <li>Experience of supporting the delivery of high-quality accommodation operations or customer service is essential</li> <li>Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload</li> <li>Excellent communication and customer service skills</li> <li>Previous experience of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook</li> <li>Able to work on own initiative, but also take direction from management team</li></ul>Why work for us?
