The role of the Community Manager is to ensure our service at a prestigious bank remains a trailblazer for positive visitor experience and service excellence. Their team of Community Hosts &amp; Welcome Hosts will be the central heartbeat of the campus, developing excellent working relationships with the colleagues who work across it. Working in synergy with all service providers, they will execute a seamless experience for the banks colleagues and visitors, building a thriving community and driving the "hotelification" of the corporate working space. About the Role of a House Manager We are seeking a customer centric House Manager to exemplify the high-quality customer standards that we are renowned for.
