Sheltered Housing Officer Sheltered Housing Officer x2 Full Time - 37 hours Grade 5 - SCP Range 17-21 £31,022 - £33,143 Castle Point Borough Council is seeking to appoint two dedicated and compassionate Sheltered Housing Officers, to deliver a resident focussed, data led, performance driven service. Scheme Manager - Part Time Rochford £17,762 - £18,311 per year 25 hours per week - Monday to Friday We have an opportunity for a Scheme Manager to join our Sanctuary Independent Living Service, based in Rochford. The main purpose of this role is to encourage residents to maintain their well-being and independence and to support the delivery of high quality, safe and value for money housing management services that meet customer and organisational objectives. The role of Scheme Manager will include: <ul><li>Supporting residents by providing information to promote independence, good health and wellbeing </li><li>Completing mandatory compliance tasks along with health and safety checks </li><li>Reporting and monitoring repairs to conclusion, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed </li><li>Delivering high quality customer service by resolving problems and complaints </li><li>Providing administrative support, including maintaining accurate records in a timely manner </li><li>Completing Sign Ups, Terminations, Settling in Visits</li><li>Covering other schemes as and when required</li></ul>Skills and experiences: <ul><li>Numeracy and literacy to the equivalent of GCSE Grade C or above in English and Maths </li></ul><ul><li>Proven experience of working with older people and understanding their individual needs or similar </li><li>Ability to work alone and manage workloads to meet deadlines </li><li>Working knowledge of handling confidential and sensitive information </li><li>Good interpersonal and customer care skills </li><li>Proficient User of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook </li><li>Travel is a requirement of the role, therefore a full valid driving licence is essential</li></ul>Why work for us?
