Premises Officer

Shift Patterns: Various shift times across Monday-Fridays 07:00-15:00, 11:00-19:00 &amp; 13:00-21:00 an the very occasional Saturday We are currently seeking to appoint a motivated and professional Premises Officer to join our Facilities department where you will be accountable for ensuring a safe and secure environment for students, staff and visitors. Working flexibly on a varied rota schedule you will have key holding duties, where you will be expected to open and close the College at specified times and there will be general site supervision, where you will be required to report any illegal entries and oversee visitors on site in order to maintain compliance with Health &amp; Safety Legislation. Working closely with the Premises Supervisor, Head of Estates and the rest of the Facilities team you will carry out general building maintenance and repair work as well as regular inspections of service appliances and premises. You will also monitor the Share Point helpdesk, and complete facilities requests where required.
