Job Description Overview The London Borough of Harrow is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused professional to join our Housing team as a Voids Officer. This key role is responsible for managing the end-to-end voids process, ensuring council-owned properties are legally terminated, inspected, and re-let as quickly as possible to minimise rent loss and meet local targets. You will carry out pre-void inspections, oversee property viewings, and provide advice and support to tenants, including those who are vulnerable or in distress. You will play a vital part in monitoring void progress, updating systems, and producing accurate reports to support performance and compliance.
