Purpose of job Reporting into the Senior Estates Manager managing the buildings, infrastructure and supporting regulations, PPM and reactive works across a range of hard services. SCHOOL PREMISES OFFICER Salary: £11.74 per hour Working Hours: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 between Monday and Sunday, Various shifts between 5:30am and 10pm. We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure site maintenance services are to a high standard across the school. Due to the working hours of this role, it is essential that you live within a commutable distance to the site using your own transport. Public Transport is not available in the area at the times required for the role.
