SCHOOL PREMISES OFFICER Salary: £12.51 per hour Working Hours: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours a week, Monday - Sunday (5 out of 7 days), various shifts between 06:00 and 22:00. Location: Judgemeadows Community College, Leicester, LE5 6HP G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Premises Officer on a full-time, permanent basis based in Leicester. We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure site maintenance services are to a high standard across the school. Due to the working hours of this role, it is essential that you live within a commutable distance to the site using your own transport. Public Transport is not available in the area at the times required for the role. Responsibilities <ul> <li>Locking/unlocking of the site/building gates and doors and ensure the safe custody of keys, fobs and access cards.</li> <li>Carry out audits of facilities.</li> <li>Carry out reactive and planned maintenance of facilities.</li> <li>Participate in the Health &amp; Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers or hazards encountered to the Site Manager.</li> <li>Carry out Litter picking and assisting cleaning teams as required.</li> <li>Escorting of sub-contractors as required.</li> </ul>Previous caretaker/porter and maintenance experience is not essential but would be an advantage. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Housing Fire Safety- Compliance Team as a Facilities Officer. This role will allow you to have a lasting impact on the Health Safety and Wellbeing of our residents and make a significant impact in keeping people safe in their homes.
