Role Responsibility: SCHOOL PREMISES OFFICER Salary: £11.74 per hour (£24,419.20 per annum) Working Hours: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 between Monday and Sunday, Various shifts between 5:30am and 10pm. Location: Crown Hills Community College, Leicester, LE5 5FT G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Premises Officer on a full-time, permanent basis based in Leicester. We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure site maintenance services are to a high standard across the school. Due to the working hours of this role, it is essential that you live within a commutable distance to the site using your own transport. Public Transport is not available in the area at the times required for the role. Responsibilities <ul><li>Locking/unlocking of the site/building gates and doors and ensure the safe custody of keys, fobs and access cards.</li><li>Carry out audits of facilities.</li><li>Carry out reactive and planned maintenance of facilities.</li><li>Participate in the Health &amp; Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers or hazards encountered to the Site Manager.</li><li>Carry out Litter picking and assisting cleaning teams as required.</li><li>Escorting of sub-contractors as required.</li></ul>The Ideal Candidate: Previous caretaker/porter and maintenance experience is not essential but would be an advantage. Summary We are looking for a Premises Officer to ensure the provision of a safe, clean, attractive learning environment, as part of a team undertaking responsibility for the maintenance, security, health and safety of the Harris Primary Academy Peckham Park site.
