SCHOOL PREMISES OFFICER Salary: £11.74 per hour Working Hours: Permanent, Full time, 40 hours a week, 5 days out of 7 between Monday and Sunday, Various shifts between 5:30am and 10pm. Location: Soar Valley Community College, Leicester, LE4 7GY G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Premises Officer on a full-time, permanent basis based in Leicester. We are looking for someone who is reliable, enthusiastic, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team to ensure site maintenance services are to a high standard across the school. Due to the working hours of this role, it is essential that you live within a commutable distance to the site using your own transport. Public Transport is not available in the area at the times required for the role. Responsibilities • Locking/unlocking of the site/building gates and doors and ensure the safe custody of keys,fobs and access cards. • Carry out audits of facilities. • Carry out reactive and planned maintenance of facilities. • Participate in the Health &amp; Safety Policy of the company and report any dangers or hazards encountered to the Site Manager. • Carry out Litter picking and assisting cleaning teams as required. • Escorting of sub-contractors as required. Summary We're looking for a Premises Officer to help keep our school safe, clean and well-maintained. You will be looking after the buildings and grounds of Harris Primary Academy Peckham Park, making sure everything is secure and ready for learning each day. About Us Our academy is a member of the Harris Federation , a group of 55 primary and secondary academies in and around London educating some 44,000 young people.
