Job Description About the Role We have a permanent opportunity for full-time Independent Living Advisor to join our team in Waterlooville and Havant in Hampshire. Reporting to the Independent Living Manager, you will be responsible for providing an intensive housing management service to Guinness customers. This will include developing successful customer relationships, assisting prospective customers to view properties and settle into their accommodation, assisting in tenancy management matters and ensuring customers understand their rights and responsibilities in accordance with their tenancy agreement. The Vacancy Hampshire Social Inclusion 101 provides accommodation and 24/7 support for up to 20 clients with complex and high-level support needs. As well as two additional emergency beds for overnight placements for rough sleepers. Hampshire Social Inclusion Lot 2 - provides supported accommodation to adults, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness across three locations. Homeless Support Worker Assistant

The Vacancy FULL TIME - 37hrs Mixed Shifts - Early's, Middle and Lates - 1 Weekend in 4 To lead on the case management of clients and be part of a team that supports them in keeping them safe and helping them achieve their goals. To provide people with homes and specialist support so they feel more valued and secure, and ready to take the next steps.
