The Vacancy WPS are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract in the West Midlands area. This role will support the delivery of planned works programmes, including: <ul> <li>Kitchen and Bathroom Stream of Works</li> <li>Homes for Modern Living Stream</li></ul>As an RLO, you will act as the key point of contact between residents and the project team, ensuring excellent communication and minimal disruption during works. This is a key role ensuring excellent communication and support for residents throughout energy efficiency improvement projects. You will act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with the works taking place in their homes.
