Housing Officer/Neighbourhood Manager - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract (Outer London) Salary £45,527 Per Annum (pro rata) + Benefits. The role - Housing Officer/Neighbourhood Manager You will manage estates and neighbourhoods in the Brent, Barnet, Harrow, Watford and Stevenage areas. You will be responsible for delivering a proactive, high-quality customer focused and efficient neighbourhood property management service to Origin's residents. You will manage all general needs properties and schemes, resolving issues at the point of first contact, ensuring a value for money service to our customers. What you'll do This is a rewarding and exciting position - responsible for building relationships and trust both internally within your Origin team and externally with the community you serve. Managing any Tenancy management issues that arises as a result of the Tenancy agreement or lease. </li> <li>Extensive experience of managing complex anti-social behaviour (ASB), incidents of Domestic Abuse and keeping our residents safe for instance safeguarding.</li> <li>Experience of maintaining successful relationships with our customers, creating trust, and building sustainable communities.</li> <li>Experience of setting up and maintaining successful stakeholder relationships, working collaboratively to keep our residents safe.</li> <li>A confident communicator across all channels, being an ambassador of Origin Housing demonstrating the values. The Vacancy Here at Wates we have an opportunity for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our established team on a FIXED TERM BASIS FOR 12 MONTHS. The role itself sits within our Planned Maintenance division within our property services team whereby you will be working alongside one of our existing social housing providers. Ideally we are looking for someone located central to the patch which is Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Wolverhampton, Walsall and Staffs.
