What you will be doing... <ul> <li>Hiring, welcoming, and training a top-notch cleaning team.</li> <li>Making sure you have the right number of cleaners trained to our required standards to consistently meet overall number of cleans, cleaning times, and cost per clean.</li> <li>Planning and executing weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans, developing the team through data analysis.</li> <li>Implement processes to improve performance, and manage various budgets, including laundry and consumables.</li> <li>Helping your team grow with on-going training and opportunities to level up their skills.</li> <li>Making sure your team has all the right tools and supplies to work efficiently and get the job done perfectly.</li> <li>Diving into guest feedback to find new ways to improve, then turning those great ideas into action for an even better stay.</li> <li>Keeping an eye on cleaning standards, spotting any areas that need a little extra sparkle, and working with your team to make sure everything shines! </li> </ul>Are we the right fit for you?
