The Vacancy Hybrid Working Arrangements - the majority of the working week will be office-based with the housing team in Histon, particularly in the first six months (probation period). Thereafter it may be possible to apply for a higher proportion of hybrid working, with the needs of the team and service delivery being the prime consideration. CHS Community Support Services work with vulnerable people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, to promote independent living skills. The services also work with families/relatives to prevent homelessness, and they support people to sustain their tenancies where they are in independent accommodation. Housing Manager

The Role: Housing Support Assistants provide a welcoming, initial interface as the first point of contact for all housing enquiries from a broad range of stakeholders, including University staff, students, visiting scholars and private sector landlords. With a sound understanding of the leasing process and tenancy management, they will provide supporting information and advice as required, supporting prospective University tenants through the application process and making the customer journey as simple and effective as possible.
