Housing Officer Based at Florian House, Ipswich - Covering Ipswich and the surrounding areas £32,887 - £34,617 per year plus £600 car allowance 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:00pm We have an exciting opportunity for a hardworking and committed Housing Officer, who has sound knowledge of the local area, to join our team of 6 Housing Officers and an Area Manager based at Florian House in Ipswich. You will be responsible for providing a high quality housing management service that meets the identified needs of customers and the wider community. This is a varied opportunity that will see you manage a range of situations and help to build key relationships between Sanctuary Housing and our tenants. You will have excellent negotiating skills and a flexible approach to working.
