Role Summary The Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for the operational execution of integrated demand programs that create awareness, engagement, and conversion across the funnel - spanning net new acquisition, cross-sell, and client expansion. You will lead a team delivering day-to-day campaigns, optimise lead flow and conversion, and partner closely with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, and Marketing Ops to build pipeline against targets. You'll excel at people management, process discipline, and campaign orchestration, translating the Senior Director's strategy into calendarised, measurable programs.
