About The Service Housing Options provides advice and assistance under the Council's corporate duty to help clients who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The service provides assistance to vulnerable people when they are in greatest need. About the job The post holder will be expected to provide advice and assistance at first point of contact, to clients who have applied as homeless to the Council. This includes responding to queries through telephone and email contact and generally supporting the roles of the Frontline Assessment Officers by assisting with progressing homeless applications through investigations and enquiries.
