Homeless Health Outreach Advanced Nurse Practitioner

The Vacancy PART TIME - 28hrs Four on / Four off rota, various shift patterns. This role requires someone who is comfortable giving practical support to people who are learning to be independent and so an amount of life skills would be a good transferable skill.
