Strategy, Assurance &amp; Private Sector Housing is a highly skilled multi-disciplinary service that provides specialist support and leads on bespoke portfolios across the Regeneration, Economy &amp; Housing Development division.The Council is looking for a Commercial Sales &amp; Lettings Advisor with a strong background in the new homes sector for both affordable and open-market homes, to join its small team. This is a varied and hands-on role covering the full spectrum of commercial sales and lettings - from lead generation and client engagement to conducting viewings, assessing applications and managing the completion process.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the affordable/intermediate and/or open market sector, with a solid understanding of both development and legal procedures. You’ll need to be proactive, customer focused and confident in managing internal and external stakeholders across a busy portfolio.
