Do you have the leadership skills to drive high-quality planned maintenance programs while ensuring cost-effectiveness, tenant satisfaction, and safety? If so, we want you as our Senior Asset Investment Manager (Planned Maintenance) on a 12 month fixed-term basis.As a Senior Asset Investment Manager, you'll lead the efficient delivery of multiple planned works programs, ensuring contracts are well-managed and compliant with financial, regulatory, and performance standards.
