Job Description Godolphin are seeking to recruit an experienced Accommodation Manager to take responsibility for a small team providing excellent and efficient property management services across Godolphin's Accommodation portfolio of around 350 residential properties and 14 licenced HMOs. This is a challenging role, in a unique and fast paced working environment, supporting our people and the success of our horses on racetracks and studs. Key Responsibilities Manage the Accommodation System for worker accommodation available in the area and mobilise accommodation facility. Define the work scope to be delivered within the supplier contracts and ensuring the interfaces with all other teams of the project. Preparing detailed specifications in support of the contract procurement process. Take direct responsibility for budgetary control, updating policies and procedures that underpin strategy and delivery for the Campus and Caravan site. Essential Skills Proven experience within accommodation management or hotel management. Project management experience of working with and developing similar sized packages of work relating to expected budget of up to £100m. Proven experience within a large accommodation environment with catering and bars. Proven track record of delivery within a large project environment. Significant Management Experience on a construction site, other industrial plant or other high hazard industry. Ability to develop a strategy and deliver projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and experience of positive stakeholder engagement internally and externally. Competent IT skills experience in using MS Office, AMS systems for accommodation. Intellectual capacity to deal with complex issues and work within our local supply chain vision, creating a one team ethos.
