They are front line staff who work on a patch-based approach to manage council housing tenancies. About the role <ul><li>We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Dover. Working with Dover District Council delivering a variety of planned and responsive repairs works, our team produce work to the highest standards and deliver outstanding customer service.
