What you'll be doing You'll provide an effective and flexible landlord service to our customers to build communities our customers are proud to live in. With a risk-based approach, you'll manage properties dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management. About you You will be resilient, able to work independently and be able to flexibly respond to unplanned situations and be confident to think on your feet to problem solve in the moment. Neighbourhood Officer

The Vacancy We are seeking a House Manager Hours of Work: 41.5 hours per week, 37 weeks per year (mainly term time) with some flexibility to support House events. Salary: Available on enquiry We have an exciting opportunity to join one of our Boarding Houses as a House Manager. Our House Managers play a key role in the support of the Housemaster/Mistress in all aspects of the boarding house management, pastoral care and wellbeing of the pupils. The role is responsible to the Housemistress/master for the domestic welfare of the pupils, for managing the domestic staff and, by liaising with staff and parents, ensuring the smooth running of the House. The successful candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication, administrative and organisational skills.
