Job Description About the Role Would you like to become part of our Estates team as an Estate Assistant and support us in delivering an excellent service to our residents? This is a valuable opportunity for anyone who is a customer-focused team player. We are pleased to offer a new position for an Estate Assistant to join our dedicated Estates team, serving the Basingstoke area on a part-time, permanent basis. The role involves working 17.5 hours per week, over two and a half days, between Monday and Friday. In this role, you will provide high-quality grounds maintenance, gardening, and cleaning services across a varied portfolio of sites. Your responsibilities will include caring for lawns, shrubs, and plants, removing refuse, and maintaining internal communal areas in accordance with agreed standards, specifications, and timelines. As the representative of Guinness on site, you will foster positive relationships with customers, contractors, and colleagues. You will ensure access is maintained, report repairs, fly tipping, graffiti, and raise any safeguarding concerns. Estate Assistant

We are looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer to our Hampshire team, working in and around the Andover and Romsey area. What you'll be doing You'll provide an effective and flexible landlord service to our customers to build communities our customers are proud to live in. With a risk-based approach, you'll manage properties dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management. You'll work in conjunction with our customers daily, supporting them with tenancy enquiries and where appropriate, addressing tenancy breaches, creating action plans including enforcement of tenancy conditions. You will be able to flexibly respond to unplanned situations and you'll be confident to think on your feet to problem solve in the moment. You'll be liaising with our customers daily, so you'll have experience of handling challenging situations with a wide variety of customers who's needs will vary. You must be organised and able to manage and prioritise a diverse workload with competing demands. You'll possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work at pace and you will be a proficient user of IT including the Microsoft office suite. You'll need to hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
