As our Housing Management expert, you'll focus on tenancy support for our customers, ensuring their homes are safe and well maintained. Providing a housing management service, you'll support them to manage and maintain their tenancy and rent accounts alongside management of the day-to-day maintenance of the building. What you'll do <ul><li>Supporting older people services (over 55s) Independent living</li><li>Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of, you'll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.</li><li>Help our customers with housing benefit claims, making sure that these are received on their rent account.</li><li>Where there is a need, you'll also issue and sign warning letters and notices which may lead to attending court.</li><li>Ensuring we are health and safety compliant and that maintenance standards are met.</li></ul>Why join us?
