We have an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Management Officer to cover areas in and around the Rosendale, Burnley, Preston, and Fylde area. What will my working week look like? You will live locally in or around East Lancashire, to be able to cover your patch. You will also need to be based within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed. What will I be responsible for doing? First and foremost, you will be working independently, taking the lead on the delivery of a first class, end-to-end customer focused tenancy management service.
