About the Role of a House Manager: We are seeking a customer centric House Manager to exemplify the high-quality customer standards that we are renowned for. Our House Manager's key role is to enhance our Homeowner's quality of life and enable them to maintain their independence. This is a diverse role encompassing high level customer service and front of house and facilities management. The successful candidate will be responsible for building a strong community with our homeowners through event coordination, and regular meetings to report company updates and address the priorities of our residents. Your next role On a day-to-day basis, you will undertake all Estate and Tenancy Management functions (approximately 850 properties) and take responsibility for ensuring that maximum rental income is collected; striking a balance between prevention, early intervention and recovery action of debts owed. You will also be responsible for dealing with low level nuisance and anti-social behaviour; signing up new tenancies; and tenancy management; providing welfare advice; and work closely with external agencies as well as our tenants. This is a demanding role in challenging times for our customers, therefore resilience, flexibility and the ability to work under a degree of pressure is key. The Vacancy Resident Liaison Officer - WPS Location: Swindon Division: Planned Maintenance Salary: Competitive Experience in Retrofit Required We have an exciting opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team at WPS, working within our Planned Maintenance division.
