Our House Manager role: We're looking for an attentive, organised, proactive House Manager to exceed our guests' expectations, and ensure that their experience before, during, and after their stay is the best it can be. You'll embody the spirit of Watergate Bay Hotel with your friendly, considerate manner, and oversee daily hotel operations across all areas. You'll also ensure a seamless experience, notably during key periods of demand, and proactively identify issues, taking proactive measures to prevent them from occurring, and monitor guest touchpoints, ensure cleanliness, ambience, and service standards are upheld, and build relationships with new and returning guests. In return you'll find yourself in a team with a shared outlook on life where friendship, connection, flexibility, and variety, are a guaranteed part of your working day.
