The Vacancy Do you have experience of Tenancy Management and working closely with our customers and communities? We are looking to recruit a Neighbourhood Officer to join our Wiltshire Team. What you'll be doing You'll provide an effective and flexible landlord service to our customers to build communities our customers are proud to live in. With a risk-based approach, you'll manage properties dealing with all aspects of tenancy and estate management. You'll possess excellent communication skills with the ability to work at pace and you will be a proficient user of IT including the Microsoft office suite. You'll have an interest in the sector, a desire to provide good customer services and understand proportionate actions. You'll need to hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle for work purposes.
