Housing Officer Based at Stonebrook Way, Birmingham - covering Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell areas £32,887 - £34,617 per year plus £600 car allowance 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 17:00pm We have an opportunity for a Housing Officer to join our dedicated West Midland Housing team of 7, based in the Birmingham area. The patch will cover Birmingham, Solihull and Sandwell areas but on occasion, cover may be required for the wider patch of Dudley, Walsall and the North West Leicestershire area. You will be responsible for providing a high-quality housing management service that meets the identified needs of customers and the wider community. You will be working in a professional manner to resolve problems and improve services.
