About The Role Role: Housing Officer X 4 REF 1513183 Contract Length: 3 months with potential extension Location: Northampton IR35: Inside Pay Rate to Intermediary: £24 per hour Spinwell is recruiting for a Housing Officer for an excellent opportunity within the public sector. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE HOUSING OFFICER <ul> <li>Conducting tenancy audits to ensure homes are well maintained</li> <li>Carrying out mutual exchange property inspections</li> <li>Visiting residents during their introductory tenancy period</li> <li>Performing estate and block inspections to maintain high standards</li> <li>Hosting accompanied viewings with prospective tenants</li> <li>Signing up new tenancies, guiding new residents through the process</li> <li>Supporting the compliance team with property access, including for gas entry warrants</li> <li>Assisting the property maintenance team with access for Stock Condition Surveys</li></ul>SKILLS/EXPERIENCE OF THE HOUSING OFFICER <ul> <li>Full UK driving licence &amp; access to your own vehicle </li></ul>If you are a Housing Officer, apply now or send your CV to Spinwell!
