You will have strong organisational and administrative skills to support the wider team to deal with reports of all aspects of within community safety including anti-social behaviour, hate crime and domestic abuse in the communities managed by South Essex Homes. As our Housing Manager you'll be the face-to-face customer support to our communities. Typical day as a Housing Manager <ul> <li> Through visibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, you'll really get to get to know our communities. </li> <li> You'll look after a number of patches and neighbourhoods (ably supported by our Community Housing Assistants). </li> <li> Through v isibility, engagement with customers and proactivity on our estates, you'll really get to get to know our communities.
