Community Manager

You will be open, compassionate, and driven to provide the very best care and support for everyone. You will need to be self-motivated with excellent communication skills and be comfortable working with multiple teams internally and externally. You will need to have experience of managing caseloads of people and know how to manage risk and minimise harm. You will also need knowledge of substance misuse and related issues, through a previous professional role, academic study or from personal recovery experience. You will be focused on helping people to achieve positive outcomes by coordinating their personalised recovery journey, through thorough assessment and support planning. You will oversee their participation in group programmes, courses, treatment, and medical reviews, whilst continually managing risk and minimizing harm.
