Job Introduction The Care and Response Community Alarm Service helps people to feel safe and secure at home so they can live full and independent lives with the use of technology. We handle around 10,000 emergency calls per month and offer a mobile responder service to make visits to residents who need in-person support. Independent Living Area Manager - Buildings

The vacancy Fixed Term Contract - 14 months Full time (37 hours week) We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated individual, preferably with Housing Management experience, to provide an excellent level of tenancy and neighbourhood management services to our local neighbourhoods, ensuring a strong customer focus at all times. This is a home based role, visiting customers as required, with the occasional need to attend Head Office based in Bedford Heights to meet with colleagues and for team meetings.
