As you may imagine, this isn’t always easy, and requires empathy, strong effective communication skills and bags of resilience, a typical week could look as follows:Start the week by reviewing new ASB reports and updating ongoing cases in the ASB Case Management System.<ul><li>Conduct risk assessments and plan actions for priority cases.</li><li>Meet with the neighbourhood teams to discuss tenancy compliance and coordinate responses.</li><li>Conduct face-to-face interviews with complainants, alleged perpetrators, and witnesses.</li><li>Attend community events or multi-agency meetings to strengthen partnerships and improve service delivery.</li><li>Make referrals for support services where needed and follow up on previous referrals to ensure positive outcomes.</li><li>Liaise with external agencies such as Social Services, Police, and Mental Health Services regarding complex cases.</li><li>Prepare legal documentation and brief solicitors for upcoming court cases.</li><li>Attend court hearings and provide support to witnesses and complainants throughout the process.</li><li>Manage portable CCTV and noise monitoring equipment, ensuring compliance with policies.</li><li>Please read full job description for all details</li></ul>What are we looking for?First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who truly embodies our values. The post would initially be fixed term for 2 years with the possibility of the post being extended further.
