Job Description Independent Living Support Worker - Level 1 | 8896 | Permanent Contract | 1 x Full-time 37 hours per week / 1 x Part-time 18.5 hours per week | £26,403 to £28,142 pro rata per annum plus weekend / bank holiday enhancements and sleep in payments | Grade E | Kings Lynn Young people are at the heart of our practice at Norfolk County Council. In this role, you will support young people, helping them to develop positive and effective independent living skills. You will contribute to making plans to support them and assist with their implementation, attending statutory reviews as required. As a positive role model to the young people engaged in the independent living scheme, you will be excellent at forming effective relationships with young people and their families to ensure that their emotional and physical needs are met and opportunities for their development are maximised. With previous experience of support work, you will have the ability to communicate clearly and engage with young people. Your organisational skills will enable you to plan and prioritise your workload effectively, and your eagerness to learn will develop new skills and learning. Independent Living Support Worker

Equans is recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our growing team in Wisbech. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role on one of our key social housing refurbishment projects, supporting residents throughout the full lifecycle of works being carried out in their homes. As an RLO, you'll be the main point of contact for residents-ensuring they are well-informed, respected, and supported at every stage. You'll act as the bridge between our site teams, contractors, and the local community, helping to deliver a high-quality customer experience while ensuring minimal disruption to people's day-to-day lives.
