Independent Reviewing Officer

The job itself We currently have an opportunity to join the east area housing team as a part time Housing Management Officer. Do you like working with people? And enjoy a challenge? You will be joining a well-established supportive team, in a varied role, where no two days are the same. This role is predominantly based in the Beverley Council offices; however, the council has adopted blended working and as a team we are happy to work in the office and at home, its also expected that the majority of your time will be spent out on patch visiting residents and applicants in their homes. This post will be working 18.5 hours across Monday - Friday. The post holder will be responsible for the management of properties in a specifically defined geographical area. The role includes the allocation of properties in line with the Council's allocation policy as well as general estate and tenancy management and the delivery of housing options advice.
