The team has been created to ensure swift, professional, and comprehensive responses to repair-related complaints and to strengthen collaboration across key service areas such as Gas, Repairs, and Damp &amp; Mould.As a Technical Complaints Resolution Officer, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring residents receive a prompt, empathetic, and fair response when raising complaints about repairs. The Vacancy WPS are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to join our team delivering planned retrofit works across North West Leicestershire. This is a key role ensuring excellent communication and support for residents throughout energy efficiency improvement projects. You will act as the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are fully informed and comfortable with the works taking place in their homes.
