About the role The Rough Sleeper Accommodation Officer will provide a generic housing management service to tenants that live within the Rough Sleeper Accommodation Project (RSAP), Local Authority Housing Fund (LAHF) and Housing First (HF) properties. The properties are non-secure, temporary accommodation for individuals, couples and families. As part of the team you will work on all aspects of the service including allocations, liaison with support workers, all enforcement issues, multi-agency work, and providing a comprehensive service to meet the client groups' needs. Job summary We are part of a large integrated drug and alcohol service working with some of Cornwall's most excluded and disadvantaged people. Successful candidates will also work alongside in-house services which include community, clinical, criminal justice and a residential rehabilitation facility. Main duties of the job The Housing Support Grant (HSG) is a project supporting clients with drug and alcohol issues who are also at risk of losing their tenancy.
