This will involve: <ul><li>Supporting women prison leavers with mental health and wellbeing, by encouraging healthy activities and lifestyles, and signposting to services</li><li>Assisting with claims for housing and associated benefits to support prison leavers' financial stability</li><li>Organising and managing a range of engaging activities to promote social inclusion</li><li>Playing a hands-on role in responding to incidents appropriately, contacting and liaising with NWH staff, emergency services, voluntary and statutory agencies, </li><li>Maintaining accurate service user records and files</li></ul>You'll be working 30 hours per week on a 2-week rota. You will be committed to putting the customer at the heart of everything you do by contributing towards the delivery of a person-centred trauma informed support in a 24-hr homeless hostel.
