You'll know your customers, spot concerns early, and work closely with our housing support and community development colleagues to ensure people can continue living safely in their homes. What skills and experience do you need? The role will manage a patch of general need tenancies and include the letting of properties, resolving neighbour disputes, supporting victims of anti-social behaviour, managing tenancies and carrying out property and estate inspections. You will also be required to represent Pobl in court for breaches of tenancy. Your day will consist of: <ul><li>You will proactively manage a variety of Housing Management functions including viewings and sign ups.</li><li>You will carry out estate visits and inspections</li><li>You will build strong working relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders working collaboratively to support our communities to thrive.</li><li>You will support victims of all types of anti-social behaviour and take appropriate action to resolve</li><li>Identify and record details of vulnerable customers, refer or signpost customers</li></ul>What are the pay and benefits? <ul><li>The salary for these roles are £37,522 for a 37 hour, permanent position.</li><li>This role is predominately Monday to Friday. The office base for both positions is Pobl House, Llansamlet, Swansea, but much of your time will be spent working in the local community, building relationships and making a real impact. Hours: BANK Salary: £12.40 per hour Based at: Llanelli and Carmarthenshire area Role Purpose: Adferiad in Carmarthenshire provides a Supported Accommodation Project in Llanelli and will be developing other Supported Living Services in other areas of Carmarthenshire. The Supported Accommodation, and Supported Living Services supports individuals serious mental illness and complex needs. The Bank Staff member will have the opportunity to work in Llanelli and across other services as they are developed. The support in Adferiad projects will focus on an individuals strengths enabling them to feel safe and secure with the long-term aim of them living independently in their own homes. Staff are to work with service users in areas such as employment, training and education, debt management and daily living skills to promote wellbeing, a healthy lifestyle and independence to live in their community. The Llanelli Supported Accommodation Project is staffed 7 days a week and staff work to a shift pattern which includes unsocial hours and sleep-ins. Our combined expertise in the fields of substance use, mental health, housing, criminal justice, and employment support enables Adferiad Recovery to meet the needs of our most vulnerable with a single, unified, and comprehensive approach. Cyfle Cymru is a Peer Mentoring project which helps people develop confidence to make positive life changes, and provides support to access training, education, volunteering and employment. Our peer mentors draw on their own lived experience to support people affected by substance misuse and/or mental health conditions. Cyfle Cymru will support people aged 16 to 24 (Not in education, employment or training) and those 25+ that are economically inactive or long term unemployed.
