Job summary St Werburgh's practice is a specialist practice for the homeless in Chester. As such many of our patients have complex physical and mental health issues, including substance misuse. We are looking for a counsellor to compliment our small existing clinical team with in-house counselling. This is a challenging but very rewarding work environment and you will be part of a very experienced team. You will also work with outside agencies as we aim to support patients back into mainstream living. Accommodation Manager

The role You'll provide support and advice to young people who have experienced homelessness and other forms of social exclusion. You'll work with the team to manage the day-to-day running of the young person's 24/7 supported accommodation scheme and be the first point of contact for customers and visitors.
