The Vacancy Be Part of Positive Outcomes for Young People We're looking for a Youth Development Coach to join our team at The Foyer, Malvern, supporting young people aged 16-25, including care leavers. You'll play a vital role in helping them overcome challenges, develop life skills, and take confident steps toward independence. You'll offer both emotional and practical support - whether that's helping someone build a life skills plan, navigate a tough conversation, or signposting them to local mental health, education, or housing services when extra help is needed.
