Job Role: Supported Housing Case Coordinator (Bristol Framework) Salary: £25,235 per year Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week Contract type: Permanent Location: Bristol Additional information: <ul><li>On-call (1 in 4 weeks), £105/week when on-call</li></ul>The Role: As a Case Coordinator, you are required to work with the clients to maintain units of accommodation to a high standard of health and safety and work closely with them to establish effective management of personal finances for example, supporting the client to complete benefit claims and budgeting.
