We've listened to our tenants and heard what they need from the housing team now and in the future. Using this feedback, we've started to reshape the team to enable us to provide truly localised neighbourhood housing services. Our housing team are pretty amazing, and now we have some new exciting opportunities for people to come and join them! We have redesigned the service to allow us to have more time to be present in our neighbourhoods and really get to know our tenants. This will help us be more focussed on problem solving and nipping issues in the bud. It will also help us work more closely with other teams and partner organisations, for the benefit of our tenants and neighbourhoods.
